1998 Annual Theme:
Citizenship in the World Order of Bahá’u’lláh: The Role of the Individual

Cover of the 1998 Annual Theme CoverThe National Spiritual Assembly chose “Citizenship in the World Order of Bahá’u’lláh: The Role of the Individual” for the 1998 Annual theme. The role of the individual is of the utmost importance in the Faith. The Universal House of Justice states: “The role of the individual is of unique importance in the work of the cause. It is the individual who manifests the vitality of faith upon which the success of the teaching work and the development of the community depend.” (Ridván 153 BE, To the Bahá’ís of the World).

We are pleased to share with you the 1998 annual theme document — a curriculum guide prepared for regional and permanent Bahá’í schools.

Because the files below will take time to print from the Web site itself, we encourage you to first copy the files to your computer and then print them out. If you are using a PC: 1. Place the curser over the highlighted title you want to download. 2. Click on the left upper button on your mouse. 3. Drag down to “Save Target As...” or “Save link as...” and then save the file to where you want it on your computer. (You may want to create your own folder for this material.) If you are using a Mac: Place your curser over the highlighted title you want to download. 2. Click and hold down the mouse until a pop-up box appears. Drag down until you see “Download link to disk” or “Save link as...” and then save the file to where you want it on your computer.
