Location: Jimmie Davis State Park (southwest of Monroe LA) is situated on a peninsula which extends into Caney Lake. Beautiful mixed pine and hardwood forest surrounding the lake.

At the dawn of a new day, the participants, Bahá’ís and friends alike,
of the Louisiana Regional Bahá’í School coming from different parts of
the South: Arkansas, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, Oklahoma, Georgia,
North Carolina, Louisiana; and as far away as New York state, gathered
together at the North Toledo Bend State Park in Louisiana on the
weekend of April 11-13, 2003, in the spirit of love, fellowship and unity,
to give praise, honor and thanks to our Lord.
